All the following recipes have been adapted to: "The South Beach Diet" way of eating.

Bob and I have been eating the South Beach Diet since May 2005. Both of us lost 40 pounds and we have subsequently been able to maintain our weight. We both love this way of eating!! Finding that's not only healthy, it's also Great Tasting. But the most astounding thing was: We learned a whole new way of cooking. Linda learned fish not only tastes good, it actually tastes great, while Bob was able to eat raw apples for the first time in his life.
